  I opened up an account with them a while bank. The lady who help assisted me with opening account gave me a lot of misleading information. I needed to know how long it take for money to transfer from one entity to another. What she told me was wrong. The information regarding fee was wrong as well. My girl friend and i called them in hopes of getting some straight answer and they took my info down and never could back. so we went up there and closed our account

  I had the worst worst experience with Regions Bank, I opened the account with them because there has a branch close to my house but once I wired a big amount in my account, the bank is holding my funds. I can't do anything besides that at this point. and they gave me a number to call, but I called thousands times., no one answered. and I went back to the branch, they told me they wouldn't do anything till I talked to the person which never been reached. they have my money with no reason!!! I will never never never use Regions in the future.
