  This company should be reported - they have no customer service and the people who work there are extremely rude. I will report them to the better business bureau. They treat people as if you are a criminal -- I have a bill of $323 and I am called every week - I find this to be harassment. I just called to pay online and I was told if I use a credit card that I would be charged $8.00 and that the only way you can pay is through your checking account and you have to give a routing number - I did this once but after being treated the way I was today, I refuse to make a payment. And then I asked to speak with a manager and I was refused. Ms. McQueen is the lady I spoke with and I will absolutely report her. Shame on Patients Account Bureau for having NO customer service.

  While my account rep was professional, and courteous... it bothers me that in this age of scam artists, when I called the Main number, and explained that I just wanted to verify that the call was really from them, they would not do it! If companies took the time to answer 1 -2 questions from a client, things would be a lot smoother.
